Jared J. Perry is the Director of Web Development and the driving force behind our soon to come web development training. Jared is a bookkeeping specialist with Lighthouse FinancialServices, INC. in Warwick, Rhode Island. Jared resides in the City of Woonsocket where he spends time developing websites for not for profit clients such as The Woonsocket Historical Society.
Jared as of recent has the following certifications, ServSafe Food Handler's Certification, NRF Customer Service Certification, and Osha Advanced Saftey Certification. with these certifications, Jared is an invaluable member of our team.

We believe that the best methodology in developing and delivering workforce training programs, is to collab-orate with the businesses and industries that are on the frontline, we develop program using this philosophy.
Interested parties are able to either enroll in an existing training program or course, or we can customize a program or course specifically designed to meet your needs or that of your employees. Individuals who are
unemployed or underemployed may be able to enroll in one of our workforce training programs free of chargedepending on their particular situation.

OUR STAFF
Started his career in training and development at Integrated Technologies, a high-end
training, consulting and documentation company. located in East Providence, RI. Mr. Gomes
client base included many fortune 500 companies, such as IBM Brazil, Telcordia Technologies,
AAA of Southern New England and Cox Communications. Mr. Gomes’ first major client was the
United Nations / Treaty Publishing. Mr. Gomes has since developed or delivered training programs
for such organization as CCRI, The Center to Advance minority Participation in the Construction
Industry, Woodlawn CDC, Providence Housing, Providence/Cranston Workforce Solutions, OpenDoors
RI, Adult Corrections Institute (ACI), Office of Rehabilitative Services (ORS), Land Surveyor’s Society, South
Providence Merchants Association, and many more.
Mr. Gomes is a National Retail Federation Foundation (NRF Foundation), Certified Instructor, with over eight years of experience; Mr. Gomes has delivered the NRF Foundation Customer Service Training to over 300 students, with a success rate of over 85%.
He is a National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Certified Instructor. Mr. Gomes has developed and delivered a number of construction-related training programs, such as the RI Construction & Building Codes Training Program, Basic Residential Construction Training Program, Stamp Concrete Finishing & Stamping, Construction Office Skills Training Program and the Standard Arborist/Tree Worker Training Program, just to mention a few.

Felix Fontes - Microsoft Office / Computer Training
Felix Fontes, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Microsoft Certified Professional
and Internet (MCP+ I). He is Instructor for Computer Studies and Information Processing for
Community College of Rhode Island and Center for Business and Industrial Training (CBIT) and
Community Services since 1998.
He started working for Fleet Bank/FleetBoston as a Computer Programmer Analyst and for Bank
of America as Computer Infrastructure Specialist II, administering remote access (VPN, Secure ID
Cards and Portal); setting up and configuring database for remote access; training Infrastructure
Specialists.
He was a Computer Lab Supervisor for Community College of Rhode Island, Provided technical assistance to students and staff. Duties included: supervising student assistants; providing support; troubleshooting; assisting user in utilizing several major software packages.
He tutored students in Business Statistics and Operations Management for Rhode Island College. Providing students and staff in-service training in computer usage & MS-Office.
Academic Skills Center, University of Rhode Island he provided students and staff in-service training in computer usage and MS-Office.
Computer Instructor for Cape Verdean Community Development, Pawtucket Rhode Island. Successfully developed methodology by working with students as a group to create a Power Point presentation, MS-Word document, MS-Excel spreadsheet and Outlook.
He was a president of Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA) Rhode Island Chapter. Provided leadership to Rhode Island chapter and helped out communities through the utilization of information technology by providing them with professional development, education and training.
He speaks, English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
Mark G. DeVine, CPA from DeVine & Associates in Bristol has been in the tax and accounting field since 1989. He started out in banking then worked as a Tax Accountant at the Fleet Private Clients Group, preparing personal tax returns for trust clients. He was a Tax Supervisor at the international accounting firm of KPMG and prepared tax returns for trusts and estates. He was a Senior Accountant at Kilzak, Eggert & Co. doing financial statement audits, and preparing financial statements and tax returns for small and medium sized businesses and high net worth individuals. He became a CPA in 2000 and worked as a Partnership Staff Accountant for Nautic Partners, a private equity and venture capital firm in Providence before starting his own accounting practice in 2003.He has been a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2005 and has consulted with many businesses on QuickBooks software from recommending the correct version of QuickBooks, to set up training and troubleshooting.He is past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the East Bay Chamber of Commerce, he is Treasurer of the Bristol Good Neighbors Soup Kitchen, Treasurer of SCORE, a volunteer counseling service to entrepreneurs under the SBA, and is a Deacon and the Treasurer at his church, Radiant Christian Assembly of God in Warren.
